If multi-factor authentication is enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app or approve the push notification. - Access your dashboard
You will land on your Brex dashboard where you can manage cards, view transactions, submit expenses, and more.

Forgot your password?
Click Forgot password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Check spam if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password to regain immediate access.
Contact support →MFA code not working?
Ensure your device clock is synced correctly — authenticator apps require accurate time. If issues persist, use a backup code or contact your Brex admin.
MFA help →SSO not working?
Ask your IT admin to verify the SAML configuration in Settings. Common issues include expired certificates or incorrect ACS URL. Brex supports Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.

To log in to Brex, go to app.brex.com and enter your registered email and password. Brex also supports passkey sign-in using biometrics or a device PIN for faster, phishing-resistant access without a password or MFA code.
The official Brex login URL is https://app.brex.com. Always verify you are on the official domain before entering your credentials. Brex will never ask for your password via email or phone.
On the Brex login page at app.brex.com, click Forgot password and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact Brex support at support.brex.com.
Yes. Brex supports SAML-based single sign-on for Premium and Enterprise plan customers. Supported identity providers include Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace. Admins can configure SSO in Settings within the Brex dashboard.
Brex added passkey sign-in in July 2026. To set up a passkey, go to Personal Settings in your Brex account and select Add passkey. You can then sign in using biometrics such as Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello, or your device PIN — instead of a password and MFA code.
